For the first time in history, a mayor accompanying a President on a trip abroad. This is Rabindranath Quinteros, mayor of Puerto Montt, who accompanied Bachelet on her visit to London. Quinteros was part of the official delegation in his capacity as President of the Chilean Association of Municipalities.
