Greatest Common Factor and Least Common Multiple
Greatest common divisor: The greatest common divisor of several numbers. If the greatest common divisor of two numbers is 1 are said to be cousins. To calculate the mc d of several numbers, we factor first and then take the highest common factors at the lowest exponent. Least common multiple: The smallest of the common multiples of a set of natural numbers. To calculate the LCM after factoring the number we take the common and uncommon factors raised to the greatest exponent.
